Gear Manufacturing

Liebherr gear hobbing machines for spur, helical and bevel gears. Gleason spiral bevel gear generators. Klingelnberg gear analysers for 100% first-off inspection.

CNC Machining

200+ multi-axis CNC turning and machining centres from Mazak, DMG Mori, and Doosan. 5-axis CNC for complex geometries. Automated loading for high-volume production.

Heat Treatment

In-house carburising, hardening, and tempering furnaces. Induction hardening for critical surfaces. Full traceability — material, batch, and heat treatment cycle recorded per component.
