Incoming Material QC

100% incoming raw material inspection against material test certificates. Spectrometer analysis for chemical composition. Segregated storage with lot traceability.

In-Process Inspection

SPC at critical operations. First-off and last-off inspection protocols. Poka-yoke mistake-proofing at every stage. Real-time quality data capture on production lines.

Final Inspection

Zeiss CMM 3D inspection. Klingelnberg gear analyser for gear tooth geometry. Surface roughness, hardness, and dimensional verification. Customer-specific inspection plans.

PPAP & Documentation

Full PPAP Level 3 documentation available. Control plans, MSA, SPC studies, PFMEA, and DFMEA. Digital traceability from raw material to shipped component.
